Returns and Refunds Timeframe / Deadline

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

Although, we have a 6 Month Warranty on products. if your product is faulty or does not work, please contact us and we will either arrange for it to be repaired, a return, or a full refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 

You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase, If the product is significantly damaged we may decide to issue you Full refund with no extra cost to you or to return the product

Depending on the reason for return we may ask for a picture to asses what to do.

We will then send over a Prepaid Returns Label at no extra cost to you, alongside providing a returns address to send the product to.

Once Posted, please email proof of return, either in the form of a recepit or a Tracking Number

We will then issue a full refund, at no extra cost to you,

After Purchase and Before Delivery:

Customers may cancel products anytime before the product has been shipped, for a instant refund.

After Purchase and After Delivery

after the product has been shipped customers can go through the returns process for a full refund at no extra cost to them.

Delivery Charge on Returning Goods

Customers do not need to pay for returning goods, they will receive a prepaid returns label.

Circumstances For a Return / Refund:

We Offer Returns and Refunds For Faulty Damaged Products, Unacceptable Products, Products that do not fit, or If you do not like the Product, Change Of Mind, Damaged on Arrival, If you do not receive your product whatsoever or if it has been lost in transit, if you receive the wrong product. Or, if you would like to cancel your order.

Customers can follow the regular Returns process to redeem their refund.

If your return is accepted, We will send you a returns address alongside a Returns Label, at no extra cost you, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

If there is an open case or dispute, we will not be able to send return address or shipping return label until the case/dispute is closed.
